COVID-19 Update

Hello all! In lieu of COVID-19 and the state continuing to open back up, we wanted to update you all on our current standing. We are still working remotely for the most part and limiting our office presence until further notice. This is in an attempt to avoid any unnecessary contact and prevent the spreading of germs. Although our physical office is still closed, we are all working normal hours from home. We are still able to maintain our current operations at this time (6/16/2020). We are able to give in person tours, which is very exciting! Our current tour hours are Tues-Thurs from 12-3pm until further notice. You can email or call 888-428-7820 to set up a tour if you’re interested in seeing the venue. We are still accepting event bookings and would love to talk to you more about hosting an event here later this year if you are looking to do so.

We can currently hold up to 50% capacity for events, which is 250 people seated. 

The City of Lakeland has extended the city-wide mandate for mask wearing for all inside businesses until September 8th. You can see a copy of the meeting decision HERE.

It is our responsibility to make sure that Haus 820 is as safe and clean as possible and we want you to feel confident in bringing your guests here. We are adding supportive cleaning measures to our operations plan to ensure safety (which you can find detailed in the guide). We will provide updates on the status of our operations via Instagram & through Honeybook with our clients, alerting you to any potential delays or required changes.
We are working our absolute hardest to accommodate the rescheduling of events that have had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. Our pricing is based on the day of the week and the year. For example: a Saturday event in 2020 is not the same price as a Saturday event in 2021. If you want to reschedule your event, we can either transfer the amount you have paid to be used on a day that is priced the same, or if you choose a day that costs more, you will pay the difference.
