In 2017, Haus 820 emerged as one of the first full In 2017, Haus 820 emerged as one of the first fully renovated historic warehouses in Central Florida to transform into an event venue, introducing the largest non-traditional space of its kind to Lakeland, Florida. Originally built in 1924, the building has been meticulously restored to highlight its original wall-to-wall white brick, 17-foot exposed rafters, and charcoal-stained cement floors, preserving its historic charm with modern enhancements. With our expansive two event spaces, two getting-ready suites, the popular color wall, and convenient rental packages, we can accommodate a wide variety of events and sizes.
