FAQs
When can we tour Haus 820?
In an effort to offer every client a private experience at Haus, we limit tours to scheduled appointments only. We would love to show the space! Please email us at INQUIRY@HAUS820.COM to schedule your tour!
How do we reserve Haus 820 for our event?
Does Haus 820 allow us to bring in our own vendors?
Yes! We want you to make our Haus your home- and we view our vendor policy the same way. While we have a fantastic rolodex of vendors we’d love to refer you to, we believe that our non-exclusive vendor policy best allows you to create your own unique design according to your budget!
Does Haus 820 have its own furniture and rentals?
Haus 820 offers 120 black chiavari chairs and 15 six-foot round tables with your rental. We do have many other rental vendors in Lakeland and Central Florida, whom we love to work with and are happy to refer you to!

Do we need insurance for our event?
We do require all of our clients to provide day of liability insurance. Insurance can be purchased through theeventhelper.com. We also highly recommend utilizing vendors who are also licensed and insured!
What is Mass Market?
Mass Market is the neighborhood we are located in! This block of our city has been redeveloped by the Lakeland CRA. We love being able to be a part of this venture with some of our other neighbors, Art/ifact and The Yard on Mass!
Where do our guests park?
We have a dedicated, gated grass lot on the northwest corner of our building. We have also been granted the shared use of the Joe Tedder building next door, after 5:00 pm, and all weekend. We exclusively work with Lakeland Valet for any parking attendants or valet.
